Artist Susan Tuberville (www.susantuberville.com) will guide participants as we learn the basics of sewing machine use and explore the improv piecing method—a playful and relaxed way to create with fabric, focusing on color, patterns, and connecting with your creative intuition.
Each participant will gain essential sewing skills and create a small artwork to take home. Plus, we’ll collaborate on a group artwork that reflects the creativity and sense of community we wish to nourish.
Choose from three date options below. Everything is provided—from sewing machine use to fabric and tools! These workshops are beginner-friendly, and all experience levels are welcome.
