Now in its fourth year, Chalk Art Fest is a one-day, free community event that exposes youth to chalk art as creative expression. Hosted in West Baltimore’s arts deserts, the festival brings families together for a day of art, performances, food, games, and youth-focused creativity under our ARTreach initiative.
