This special exhibition showcases the city’s extraordinary history of photography with more than 200 images by 90 photographers and historic studios—revealing how Baltimore has both shaped and been shaped by the camera’s lens. The Community Day activities include art making, artist-led gallery talks, and a pop-up photo studio. Admission to Flashback is free all day, with timed-entry tickets available at the Welcome Desk.Image: Irving Henry Phillips Sr. Afro Cooking School. c. 1950, printed 2024.
