The second annual Graphic Novel Festival is on October 4, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Dreamers & Make-Believers Books.
Meet other like-minded people who also love graphic novels as well as authors, illustrators, teachers, and more. Also, HOD Interpreting, a Baltimore-based ASL interpreting and accessibility services company, will provide ASL interpreting on site all day.
