Plans are brewing for a fourth year of free performances in music, dance and theater, hands-on creative experiences and museum exhibitions. Baltimore residents and visitors will once again be able to enjoy free arts activities in venues throughout Baltimore City. All events will take place from October 1 – 31, 2009.
